i attended a workshop co-hosted by mirko ilic, a world-famous graphic designer, illustrator and a friend of milton glaser, at the international festival of creative communication magdalena in maribor, slovenia. throughout the workshop (which sadly lasted only two days) we had to come up with a poster for an exhibition of ilic's work in tuzla, bosnia and herzegovina. i must say he is a man full of confidence and surprises. and it was an absolute honour to listen to his comments on our work.
my poster is made to present two sides of one man, as mr. ilic's work is on one hand "nice and polite" and on the other hand cynical and cuts right in the middle of the problem. final product is a poster in a shape of an "accordeon" where from looking from one side you see the evil version of ilic and looking from the other his good side.
